Resting Fairy - Ethel
STORY: Ethel is following government guidance and taking a break.
SPECIFICATION: She is lounging comfortably in a giant wooden curtain ring that has been finished in a ‘Mist blue/grey paint’. She wears a navy leather flight-suit, acorn helmet, has brown bunches and has fabulous striped wings.
One fixing point gives this piece lots of movement. So if you don’t want a spinner, this one isn’t for you. But all Ethel’s angles have been considered.
This sculpture can be easily suspended from a surface in your home. Lightweight in design, it can be attached with the tiniest of hooks (even into plaster walls). The ‘drop’ of the piece can be easily adjusted. It has a typed label that fixes via a nifty handmade hook to the ‘rope’.
