Bottom Warming Garments - Della
STORY: Fairies often find themselves flying at high altitude. A dangerous pursuit with its many risks. The most obvious and most disastrous outcome would be ‘wing or limb freeze’. The consequence of which is high speed plummeting fairies. This is easily preventable if body temperature is maintained.
Bottom Warming Garments for fairies ©, were first developed in 2008. Rolled out in 2009, the revolutionary bottom warming garment has prevented numerous fairy injuries to date.

SPECIFICATION: Della is wearing a grey/blue flight suit paired with a caramel yellow thermal over suit. Her thermals are held in place with matching braces (suspenders for some of you). Her unruly hair had been tamed into two bunches to maintain visibility during flight. She stands on a wooden base that can be mounted directly onto the wall if required. There is a typed title mounted on the front and the piece is signed and dated on the rear.
All sculptures arrive with a certificate of authenticity.
DIMENSIONS: 36 cm (h), 112 cm x 13 cm
EU BUYERS: Shipping to Europe from the UK has changed significantly this year and the systems are still in development for transit. Many couriers are in the process of launching new processes that are not yet fully formed, clear or consistent.
As such I shall be posting all overseas purchases DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid). I shall continue using the ‘Sculpture’ shipping code that has always allowed them to travel worldwide duty free. Despite this, depending on your country, there is a chance that you could be charged VAT, a customs charge and a handling fee. These are the responsibility of the you, the buyer. Please do not make a purchase unless you are happy to risk paying additional fees upon delivery. I will continue to try to unpick this and develop a more predictable Europe shipping journey as soon as I can.
