SPECIFICATION: Drew can be seen stretching out before embarking on a flight. The stretch pose brought me much amusement. A stretch that I find myself doing many times a day.
Drew is balanced upon a hand turned wall base that has been treated with oil to bring out the natural grain of the wood. Her flightsuit is a beautiful shade of red leather that has been hand stitched into shape with blue patch detail.
The sculpture is attached to the wall with a single screw. It is signed and dated on the rear of the base. All ‘Preflight stretching fairies’ come with a large postcard featuring a sketchbook page from the design concept as well as a wooden title and a certificate of authenticity.
