Fairy Release 2
How do Fairies travel?
Each sculpture is carefully packed and sent in a sturdy box. Fairies travel all the time through the postal system, they are more durable than they look. You may need to tweak legs on arrival.
I use recycled packaging wherever possible.
All small sculptures travelling within the UK are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery. This is a fully insured overnight service. Larger items and those travelling overseas most frequently travel with Parcelforce using a fully tracked service.
You will receive a notification when a piece is ready to travel and an estimated delivery time.
Items delivered outside the UK are posted DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid). Depending on your country, there is a chance that you could be charged VAT, a customs charge and a handling fee. These are charged at destination and are the responsibility of the individual receiving the goods. Please contact your local customs office for further details before purchasing if you are concerned.
International shipping will incur additional p+p charge at checkout.
International shipping costs have risen dramatically recently. We really hope that this won’t deter you from rehoming faires. Please be assured that the shipping cost is passed on directly to the buyer without any mark up. Each piece is unique making it tricky to predict the exact shipping costs in advance. The packaging is bespoke like the piece enclosed. Should the estimate be wrong for your particular country you will be refunded any over payment.
